Sinopsis Film Cars 3 (2017)

Film "Cars 3" akan menceritakan Lightning McQueen yang akan hadir kembali untuk membuktikan kepada para generasii baru pembalap bahwa dirinya masih menjadi mobil balap terbaik sepanjang masa.

Namun dia akan memiliki lawan para pembalap baru super cepat dari generasi baru, legendaris Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) tiba-tiba terdorong keluar dari olahraga yang sangat ia cintai tersebut.

Sebagai pembalap tangguh, Ia berusaha untuk masuk kembali kedalam arena balapan, Lightnig McQueen membutuhkan bantuan dari seorang teknisi muda dan semua rencananya untuk menang dan terinspirasi dari aksi hebat Hudson Hornet. Membuktikan bahwa #95 belum akan keluar dari panggung terbesar arena balap Piston Cup Racing.

Film "Cars 3" ini akan mengisahkan balapan Piston Cup Racing, mobil balap Lightning McQueen yang sekarang menjadi pembalap veteran. Dia akan membantu Ramirez, seorang pembalap wanita yang ingin tetap kompetitif di dunia balap itu.


Selain McQueen dan Cruz Ramirez, Cars 3 juga akan menampilkan sosok Jackson Strom dan karakter lain seperti Mater, Sally dan Romance.

Cars 3 merupakan film seri ketiga dari film animasi Cars. Film ini merupakan arahan sutradara Brian Fee, sedangkan produsernya bernama Kevin Reher, Polly Johnsen, dan Denise Ream. Penulis Skenarionya Robert L. Baird dan Gerson.

Film "Cars3" ini akan dibintangi oleh Owen Wilson, Larry the Cable Guy, Bonnie Hunt, Cheech Marin. Sedangkan rumah produksi Walt Disney Pictures akan bekerjasama dengan Pixar Animation Studios yang rencananya akan merilis film ini pada 16 Juni 2017 (USA).

Cars 3

Cars 3 is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated sports film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the third installment in the Cars franchise and is being directed by Brian Fee, a storyboard animator on Cars (2006) and Cars 2 (2011).^[2] The film is scheduled to be released on June 16, 2017.^[3]

Premise

Blindsided by a new generation of blazing-fast racers, the legendary Lightning McQueen suffers a dramatic crash and is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves. To get back in the game he will need the help of eager young female race technician Cruz Ramirez, with her own plan to win, plus inspiration from the late Doc Hudson. Proving that #95 isn’t through yet, he will test the heart of a champion on Piston Cup Racing’s biggest stage against his new rival, Jackson Storm, a rookie who is determined to beat McQueen in the Florida 500.^[4][2]

Production

On August 17, 2013, Michael Wallis (voice of Sheriff in the films) told radio listeners that Cars 3 would go back to Route 66 and will also include Route 99.^[5]
At the Disney stockholder meeting on March 18, 2014, Disney CEO Bob Iger announced that Pixar had begun pre-production on Cars 3.^[6] In October 2014, Pixar's chief creative officer John Lasseter revealed at the Tokyo International Film Festival that the film will feature a tribute to Hayao Miyazaki's film The Castle of Cagliostro in a form of an old Citroën 2CV.^[7] Production began in summer 2014. On October 8, 2015, the film's release date was announced to be June 16, 2017.^[3]
On November 21, 2016, a 50-second teaser trailer was released.^[8]
Eight days later, on November 29, Disney released two posters of the film, one for the domestic release and one for the international.<sup>[9]
